Here's who I am & my passion

My name is Jordann. I have a love for all things business related and plan to start a career in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources upon graduation. I love being a part of a team and the business world offers you a broad and versatile foundation. My creative mindset can help companies remain current in a consistently evolving market.

I am enthusiastic about life and love to help individuals reach their goals. I am an Air Force Veteran and worked on the flight line as a maintainer.

My passion in life is to combine my military experience, and my love for helping individuals reach their potential in their jobs. I hope to one day combine HR and achieve mission success at a DOD run facility.

Introduction

Before going back to college in 2021, I was an Airman in the United States Air Force. I served in both active duty and the reserves. While enlisted, I was an aircraft maintainer which consisted of providing innovative systems, products and solutions in autonomous systems, logistics and modernization to aviators worldwide. In return, I learned a great deal about business management, as I was doing contracts, negotiations, leadership skills, critical thinking, airman management, as well as having excellent attention to detail all while working on the flight line. Fast forward to now, I am a student at Keiser University, just shy of graduating in 2 years. I have a plan to utilize my education and knowledge to work in the field of Human Resources combined with Business Management to lead and create a diverse group of employees and build a dynamic and equal work environment for everyone.

Prior to joining the military, I grew up in North Dakota, I love the vast open fields where you can run for days, however my last duty station put me on the beautiful coast of Melbourne, Florida, so it is here where I reside and plan to finish out my degree and stay permanently. I have a personality that loves life and a zest for everyone to feel a sense of who they are. Doing business here on the East Coast suites my lifestyle and love for business relations.

I have a wonderful little family with 3 kids and a husband whom keep me busy when I'm not attending to school. We all love boating, fishing, beach days, and anything involving family time.
