My philosophy statement on leadership lays out some simple, yet effective styles for allowing growth and communication in our workplace. Some values I believe in are listed below in order to build a positive team culture.
Leadership Values
Teach your employees how to be successful. Stive to achieve one's full potential.
No matter what role you play, be kind and respectful to everyone.
Communicate with your team. Find out their strengths and weaknesses and what they can add to the team.
Praise them for the job they took on and keep communication lines open at all times.
Learn patience. Success doesn't happen over night, trust in your team to allow them growth by setting expectations.
Set goals- this accomplishes self control and competence.
Be enthusiastic about giving employees a challenge with a new responsibility.
Build your team to be successful though leading by example and setting up non-work related activities.
