Philosophy Statement

When I was younger, my parents would always tell me to clean my room and do my chores. I was never yelled at by my parents but was asked often to follow through with my responsibilities. Someday those responsibilities will teach an important life lesson, in that you will know how to prioritize your duties and accomplish tasks on time.

 

It wasn’t until my junior year in high school, I started to take their words for what they were. I slowly got into the groove of keeping my room tidy. One responsibility led to another, and soon I realized, my priorities really kept me in line with life balance. I noticed through responsibility, my organizational skills were improving and soon my grades picked up as my homework was done on time.

 

Today, I am back in school after doing an enlistment with the military and realized those responsibilities and organizational skills have kept me going and accomplished tasks that I would not have finished otherwise. I am now entering my junior year at college and have kept up with my responsibilities and duties.

 

Soon, I will enter the workforce and realize those same skills will continue to carry on as each job entails a duty, and responsibility. Weather it’s showing up to do the job, or finishing the tasks on time, it becomes a form of communication and in the business world, which I will be graduating from soon, my responsibilities and organizational skills will guide me through success.
